WHAT:
	The Mortar is an addon weapon for Longbow Digital Arts' Tread Marks.
	Yup, its a heavy impact weapon that is lobbed at the enemy. We know you
	wanna check it out :) The Mortar is a rear-mount cannon that fires a
	heavy bolt that arcs toward toward any enemies. The Mortar has some
	slight homing abilities, added to make targeting possible.

	The Mortar will drop from its arc and bash unwary enemies into the
	ground...if your shot is right on he will be left limping away and a
	second, well planned, Mortar will blast him completely.

INSTALL:
	Unzip the contents of the zip file into your Tread Marks folder.

COMMENTS:
	This is our third weapon, the second with a textured model. There are
	many great weapons included in Tread Marks but the common Mortar was
	missing, until now. Great care was put into making sure that the
	Mortar was a well balanced weapon that could be used in conjunction
	with the existing TM arsonal, thus this weapon has become a favorite
	for us and we thing it would make a great addition to even "pure"
	Tread Marks servers.

	NOTE: The texturing on the Mortar was created using a our own home brew
	of a chessy "3DS Texture Map to LUV Converter" that allows us to take
	the texture mapping coordinates from 3DS files and create an LUV file.
	The 3DS->LUV converter is our own creation and we have no
	association with Longbow Digital Arts. LDA has stated that MODs can be
	created for Tread Marks, but they have also requested that any
	information the we have decifered about LDA's propriatary file formats
	be keep out of the public. For that reason we cannot share any of these
	programs, please do not ask. We will, however, help selected individuals
	complete MOD files for Tread Marks. For information please email myself

	TIPS: Ever have that problem where someone is hiding in a hole with a
	Mass Driver or poised to make the kill with a 120mm? Not anymore, the
	ever friendly Mortar can be lobbed into the hole from a safe distance!
